Job summary

ExcelCare At Wayne is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the daily clinical operations of a skilled nursing unit. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance in partnership with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

In this role you will mentor LPNs and CNAs, participate in care planning, manage admissions and transfers, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment while upholding resident-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit.
• Supervising, supporting, and mentoring LPNs and CNAs on the unit.
• Ensuring residents receive high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong support for nursing staff.
