Job summary

Excelcare Lewes is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit in our skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and strong support for nursing staff.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensure high-quality resident care per care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to address changes in resident conditions.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active.

Responsibilities

Excelcare at Lewes, a leading provider of rehabilitation and healing services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team in our skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong support for nursing staff.

RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit
