Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead a 46-bed short-term rehabilitation unit. This role focuses on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff development to deliver superior resident care.

The ideal candidate will possess an NYS RN license and at least three years of nursing management in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting, with strong leadership and communication skills to foster a high-performing

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of a 46-bed short-term rehabilitation unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with NYS Department of Health and CMS regulations.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, and resident satisfaction.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, residents, and families.

Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results driven Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our 46-bed Short-Term Rehabilitation Unit.
