Join Our Team as an RN Unit Manager at Marquis Health Consulting Services

Location: Laurel Brooke Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

Position: RN Unit Manager

Type: Full-Time, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:
  1. Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned unit.
  2. Oversee resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
  3. Ensure complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to the Administrator and Director of Nursing.
  4. Participate actively in committees and programs as directed by the Director of Nursing.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs.
Qualifications:
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting.
