Job Description

The Clinical Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in introducing, growing, and maintaining Motus Nova’s business. This includes planning and conducting demonstrations for Health Care Providers (HCPs), other key personnel, and institutions responsible for prescribing and delivering Motus Nova’s innovative therapies to appropriate patients. Additionally, the role involves making sales calls to patients and their care partners.

• St. Louis, MO
• Baltimore, MD

Responsibilities:

• Execute sales demos to HCPs, encouraging the prescribing of Motus Nova’s products.
• Conduct sales calls to patients and care partners, assisting with product introduction and onboarding.
• Demonstrate comfort and success with remote/virtual selling.
• Meet all annual sales objectives for the portfolio.
• Build positive relationships with patients, care partners, and HCPs.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Adhere to company policies during activities.
• Manage administrative duties like call planning, routing, and expense reporting.
• Represent Motus Nova at conferences and meetings.
• Show initiative and expertise in using the product portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) preferred.
• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) acceptable.
• Neuro rehab experience desired.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
• Team-oriented and committed to excellence.
• Quick learner of technology.
• Interest in fast-paced, startup environments.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.

• Competitive salary: $70,000 - $120,000/year.
