Qualifications

Position Overview

Joining our team as an RN Unit Manager involves establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures. You will mentor less experienced nurses and nursing assistants. As the Unit Manager, you will monitor overall care and review residents’ care information on a case-by-case basis, maintaining the standards of care for the unit.
