Position Summary

Posted Salary Range

USD $42.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work with the Director of Nursing to:

  1. Ensure quality care and excellent customer service for patients and families
  2. Create and maintain strong employee relationships within the unit
  3. Attract and retain talented team members
  4. Supervise and coach team members within the unit
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Stable work history and dedication to leading healthcare teams
  • Ability to maintain positive employee relationships
  • Reliable transportation
