Job summary

Eagleridge Health & Rehab in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

You will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards, and implement patient-centered policies that support safety and outcomes.

Requires valid RN license, 5+ years nursing experience (1+ year in supervision), Long Term Care preferred, CPR/BLS, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in state (FL preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor
• Long Term Care experience (preferred)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
