Fort Walton Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a Monday–Friday day shift to lead our nursing team and oversee resident care.

You will mentor staff, promote a positive clinical environment, and collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes for residents.

This full-time role emphasizes work‑life balance while delivering compassionate care and maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or above in Nursing.
• Clear and active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• One year nursing experience; Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
