Job summary

Winter-Garden-Rehabilitation- is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing staff and deliver exceptional resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in Florida. In this leadership role you will manage daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop policies that support patient-centered care while fostering teamwork.

• Valid RN license in Florida.
• 5+ years of nursing experience in healthcare settings.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
