Job summary

Meadowpark-Health- is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead nursing staff and deliver exceptional, patient-centered care for residents. You will guide daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop policies to support high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring a valid RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience in healthcare settings, and at least 1 year of nurse supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of nurse supervisor experience.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
