Job summary

Southern Pines Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents. You will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure adherence to policies and regulations, and drive outcomes that improve residents’ well-being.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisor capacity, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, nursing home, or healthcare.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
