Job summary

Indian River Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents. You will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, develop care policies, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork, with focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.

Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Florida.
  • 5+ years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
  • Long Term Care experience preferred.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
