The Transplant Coordinator Nurse at Mayo Clinic coordinates all aspects of care for the transplant patient population in Minnesota. You will assess and plan with patients, caregivers, and the care team, interpreting data for age-specific needs and delivering education to patients and families.

You will lead quality improvement efforts, participate in committees, and follow ANA, UNOS, and FACT guidelines. TN sponsorship is available for this role; state licensure is required.

Qualificações

• RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Baccalaureate ACEN/CCNE accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of clinical RN experience required, 3 years preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of care for transplant patients with the care team.
• Assess patient status and plan across the care continuum.
• Provide patient and family education on an ongoing basis.
• Demonstrate leadership through committees and quality-improvement activities.
