Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to coordinate all aspects of transplant patient care across the continuum. You will collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan and meet individual needs.

You will educate patients and families, participate in quality improvement, and ensure practice follows ANA, UNOS, and FACT guidelines. TN sponsorship is available; state licensure is required.

Qualifikationen

• RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must obtain CCTC or CCTN within 3 years of hire.
