Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota seeks a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to coordinate all aspects of transplant patient care. You will assess needs with the patient and family, plan with a multidisciplinary team, and educate families consistently.

Lead in quality improvement and research initiatives, adhering to ANA and UNOS standards. State licensure and VisaScreen may be required for sponsorship; CCTC/CCTN or OC/CPHON certifications may be needed within three years.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the applicable state and Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to obtain transplant-specific credentials within three years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all care aspects for transplant patients with the care team.
• Educate patients and families; lead quality improvement activities.
