Job summary

Ebenezer Lake City Care Center in Lake City, MN, seeks a Registered Nurse to support the Transitional Care Unit, meeting patients' physical and emotional needs in line with guidelines. Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse.
• Current MN RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required; certification must be obtained within three weeks of hire.
• 0-1 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care.
• Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care.
• RN - Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary.
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided.
