Job summary

Ebenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure the safety and health needs of adult long-term care and transitional care unit patients are met. You will be supported by a team of nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more at Ebenezer Ridges Care Center in Burnsville, MN.

The schedule includes 48 hours every two weeks with an evening shift and every other weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license or by start date.
• BLS certification required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof within three weeks.

Responsibilities

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan.
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises accordingly.
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided.
