Job summary

Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab (EICR) in downtown St. Paul, MN seeks a Nurse Manager for its Transitional Care and Long Term Care units.

The role leads nursing teams, ensures care per the individualized plan, and upholds state and federal regulations while maintaining Ebenezer quality standards. The position offers full-time day shift (Mon-Fri) with every-5-6-week weekend rotation, and requires active MN RN licensure and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota (MN Board).
• BLS certification from AHA/Red Cross or MTN.
• Strong leadership and nursing supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing functions on the unit to ensure care per plan of care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Oversee staffing, rounds, and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and care plans.
• Attend IDT meetings and care conferences.
• Audit patient records for accuracy and safety.
