Medasource is seeking an LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Fort Worth, TX to provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state regulations and hospital policy.

You will demonstrate critical thinking, lead care delivery, delegate priorities, and supervise staff while maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education.

Competenze

• ACLS & BLS certifications required (through American Heart Association).
• 2 years recent Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting required.
• Texas RN or multi-state RN license must be attached to resume.

Mansioni

• Provide care to patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership for safe delivery of care.

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Facility Requirements:

• Must have ACLS & BLS certifications, these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)
• Must have 2 years recent Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• Must have Texas RN or multi-state RN license, must be attached to resume
