ARMStaffing is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Colorado. The RN will provide high-quality care for LTAC/Telemetry patients, employing the Nursing Process and clinical leadership to ensure safe delivery of care.

Responsibilities include supervision of staff, critical thinking, and ongoing education to maintain competencies. Must hold ACLS/BLS, ventilator/tracheostomy experience, and Colorado or compact license.

Formación

• ACLS & BLS certifications through American Heart Association are required.
• Colorado or multi-state compact RN license required.
• Experience with ventilators and tracheostomy patients is required.
• Knowledge of central lines; wound care experience preferred.

Job Description

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care. They maintain clinical competencies through continuing education, delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available, and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Knowledge of central lines and preferred wound care experience.
• Must hold a Colorado or multi-state compact RN license.
• Patient ratios are 1:6.
