ARMStaffing is seeking LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a LTAC/Telemetry unit. The role requires leadership, use of the Nursing Process, and ongoing education to maintain clinical competencies.

The candidate must hold ACLS & BLS certifications, possess vent/trach experience, and have an active CO or multi-state compact RN license. Patient ratios are 1:6, with benefits and support provided.

Qualifications

LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse

Job Description

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Schedule

This position requires availability for a 06:00 - 18:30 shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a LTAC/Telemetry unit.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to ensure safe delivery of care.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in patient care.
• Lead and supervise assigned personnel in delivering patient care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
