Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Dallas, TX to provide high-acuity telemetry care in a LTACH setting. This PRN role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work across shift times.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience, current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association, and LTACH experience is preferred. Shifts are days 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or nights 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in planning safe patient care.
• Care for high-acuity telemetry patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke and CHF.
• Manage patients with multiple comorbidities like diabetes and COPD.
• Administer advanced treatments including ventilator support, dialysis, IV therapy, and respiratory interventions.

• Accountable for providing patient care utilizingthe Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act andhospital policies and procedures
  
• Demonstrates critical thinking, clinical judgment,and leadership in anticipating and planning for safe patient care delivery
  
• High-acuity Telemetry patients with conditionsincluding respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and congestive heartfailure (CHF)
