Job summary

HonorHealth is hiring an RN Telemetry nurse for the Deer Valley Telemetry Unit-3P2 in Phoenix, AZ. The PT Night position involves administering medications, performing IV therapy, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires RN licensure in AZ, 1 year RN experience for float positions, and BLS certification. A BSN is preferred, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 offered.

Qualifications

• Med-surg or acute care experience required ( >10 months )
• 1 year RN experience for all Float Positions required
• BLS certification required
• RN license in Arizona (state or compact) required
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, including IV therapies, and monitor patient responses.
• Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, post-treatment, and home care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
