Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• BSN preferred; ADNs must complete BSN within 60 months.
• Active state RN license and BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop a patient-centered care plan.
• Administer medications and therapies with careful dose verification.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate assessments and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, post-discharge needs, and home care.
