Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a part-time RN for the Telemetry Unit (3P2) in Deer Valley, Phoenix. The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, IV therapy, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required RN license in Arizona, BLS, and experience in telemetry or med-surg settings. ACLS/NIHSS certifications preferred; BSN recommended within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN with Telemetry/Med-Surg experience preferred.
• ACLS & NIHSS certifications preferred.
• All Diploma and ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months of hire or have 5+ years RN experience.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred within probation period.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care guided by ANA standards and ethics.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient plan of care.
• Document observations, interventions and patient progress accurately.
• Mentor and precept new staff and students as needed.
