Job summary

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey is seeking an RN for the 12.5 Specialty Float Tele role within the Telemetry Float Pool. This position offers exposure across several units and requires providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires NJ RN licensure and BLS, with orientation completed at the medical center. Full-time schedule is 12.5-hour shifts (7p–8a), three shifts per week, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of all orientation requirements of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
• Successful completion of all orientation programs.

Responsibilities

• Discharge planning and patient teaching per plan.
• Delegate tasks while maintaining accountability.
• Manage charge nurse functions as delegated by Nurse Manager.
• Document patient status and nursing interventions accurately.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
