Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a patient care team with a focus on quality clinical care. You will oversee medication administration, documentation, and family teaching while aligning with care plans and policies.

You’ll use the nursing process to ensure seamless care from admission through discharge, visiting residents daily and communicating changes to the charge nurse, physician, and Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing in compliance with the Health Campus Policies and Procedures.
• Utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and return to family and community.
• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse, the physician, and/or the Director of Nursing when there is a change in a resident’s condition_.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician_.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.
