Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Team Leader and provide direct, quality clinical care on a long-term care unit in Willard, Ohio. The role emphasizes supervision of direct care staff, clinical oversight of medications and treatments, and ongoing family teaching to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are administered correctly, with proper documentation and family teaching.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe status and report changes to charge nurse/physician/DON.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when needed in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, and charting.
