Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an RN Team Leader to provide direct clinical care and supervise patient care staff. The role entails leading a team to ensure accurate medications, treatments, and care planning in line with campus policies.

You will apply the nursing process from admission through discharge, visiting residents daily, and reporting changes to the charge nurse or physician. Administrative duties such as forms and charting are also part of the position.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure accurate medications, treatments, and care planning.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process from admission to discharge and family teaching.
• Visit residents daily to monitor status and report changes to the charge nurse/physician.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when needed.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing forms, charts, and evaluations.
