Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Liberty Township, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, quality clinical care and serve as a Team Leader for patient care staff. You will lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and family teaching are carried out per policies.

Utilize the nursing process to deliver care from admission through discharge and coordinate with physicians.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferences are performed in line with policies.
• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge and return home.
• Visit residents daily to monitor physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse/physician/Director of Nursing if changes occur.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
