Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who will lead a team to deliver direct, quality clinical care and supervise patient care staff. You will apply the nursing process to ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge while coordinating with the care team.

The role requires a valid RN license and CPR certification, with duties spanning clinical leadership and administrative responsibilities within Violet Springs Health Campus in Pickerington, OH.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferences.
• Deliver patient care using the nursing process and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe status and notify the charge nurse or physician of changes.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures if a physician is unavailable.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
