Mass General Brigham is hiring a Registered Nurse for Ellison 7, a 36-bed trauma and surgical unit at 267 Charles Street in Boston. The role involves a 36-hour, rotating day/night schedule with weekend/holiday requirements, mentorship, and education partnerships with local schools.

Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
