The position operates on a 36-hour schedule with day/night rotations, including weekends and holidays. Qualified candidates have a BSN preferred, surgical RN experience preferred, and at least 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in acute setting
• MA State RN license

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, compassionate, and comprehensive patient care under RN supervision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist with treatments and procedures.
• Maintain timely, accurate patient documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-care plans.
