Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston is seeking a Staff Nurse for the 36-hour variable night shift in Trauma Surgical. The registered nurse will plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with complex needs per Nursing Standards of Care and the department’s manual.

New grads must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. The role requires providing safe patient care, clear communication, and collaboration with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse required.
• 1 year of current surgical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for a specific patient assignment.
• Administer medications safely according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with the care team and patient/family.
