Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with patient care/elder care is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care duties and clinical tasks including vital signs, EKGs, bathing, and ambulation.
• Completes documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) for patient care activities.
• Assists with admission, discharge, and room turnover; supports RNs and physicians.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of patient rooms; reports equipment issues.
