Job summary

Endeavor Health's Surgical Care Unit in Naperville is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift. The nurse will provide professional care, perform assessments, and monitor patients with a focus on safety and quality. Rotating weekends/holidays apply.

Candidates need an RN license in Illinois, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of inpatient RN experience. A BSN is preferred; ADN holders must complete BSN within five years of start date.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Illinois license and RN certification.
• Minimum 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient unit.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing; if only an ADN, must complete BSN within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate with the unit team to meet goals.
