Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit to join our full-time night shift. You’ll provide professional nursing care, assess patients, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality, safe patient experiences.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing and at least 1 year of inpatient RN experience; Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification are required. The role includes rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per the Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patients, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record observations.
• Delegate tasks and work as part of a care team to meet unit goals.
