Job summary
Endeavor Health – Naperville campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, day shifts 7:00am–7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays, in Edward Main Hospital, Naperville.
Requirements include a Nursing degree (BSN preferred), 1+ year RN inpatient experience, IL RN license, and CPR certification. Benefits include incentive plans and tuition reimbursement, with a supportive culture focused on quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing. If ADN highest degree, must graduate with BSN within five years of position start date.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or Basic Life Support.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care per Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy.
- Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress and document observations.
- Delegate appropriate tasks and work as part of the care team to meet unit goals.
