Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm and rotating weekends and holidays.
You will provide professional nursing care, assess patients, plan and evaluate care, and collaborate with the care team to meet unit goals. Requires nursing degree and RN license in Illinois; CPR certification.
Qualifications
- Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
- Associate Degree in Nursing; if ADN is highest degree, must complete BSN within five years of start date.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or Basic Life Support.
Responsibilities
- Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, and records observations.
- Delegates appropriate care tasks and collaborates with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.
