Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Surgical Care Unit. The role is full-time with day shifts, 36 hours per week, and rotating weekends/holidays. You will provide professional nursing care, assess patient conditions, and participate in multidisciplinary teamwork to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Preferred candidates hold an ADN or higher in Nursing, with 1+ years in an inpatient setting and Illinois RN licensure. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If ADN is highest degree, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (AHA or BLS).

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per Illinois Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, and documents progress.
• Delegates tasks and works as part of the unit team to meet goals.
