Requirements include a BSN from an NLN/CCNE-accredited program and AZ RN licensure, with 2 years of RN experience and preferred stroke/ER background. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available for eligible candidates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an NLN/CCNE-accredited program.
• Legally licensed to practice as an RN in Arizona.
• Stroke care knowledge and nursing practice requirements per Magnet standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and coordinates patient care and staff development using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with physicians to implement the medical plan of care.
• Mentors staff, participates in recruitment and education activities.
• Provides direct patient care for stroke patients and ensures quality outcomes.
• Promotes interdepartmental collaboration and continuous improvement.
