Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN to supervise and coordinate stroke care during the night shift. You will assess and plan patient care, collaborate with physicians, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have a BSN, Arizona RN licensure, and at least 2 years of ER RN experience, with strong stroke care knowledge. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Ensures nursing processes and evidence-based practice are applied.

• Mentors staff, supports quality improvement and policy adherence.
