Corewell Health in Farmington Hills is seeking an RN Supervisor within the Nursing Administration to coordinate personnel and resources to meet patient care needs efficiently.
You will support crisis management, policy interpretation, and cross-department communication, serving as a 24-hour leader across venues. The role requires a BSN, MI RN, 3 years of clinical nursing experience, and leadership experience; MSN is preferred.

The Nurse Supervisor coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization, in a cost-effective manner.
Collaborates to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and assure timely and effective communication and collaboration between individuals and departments.
The Nurse Supervisor represents the organizational leadership across all venues on 24-hour basis and collaborates to make decisions an act on behalf of the leadership team.
