Job summary

Genesis Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on the night shift. You will support the Director of Nursing, ensure safe, high-quality care, and promote patient/family satisfaction while managing staff performance.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, with 3+ years of clinical experience and a preference for BSN. The role offers full-time night shifts with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience.
• Two years in long-term care nursing with supervisory experience preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations on assigned shift and ensure policy compliance.
• Support Director of Nursing and deliver efficient nursing care.
• Mentor staff and participate in promotions, transfers and terminations.
• Coordinate staffing to maintain 24/7 coverage and limit overtime.
• Report to the Director of Nursing and drive care delivery improvements.
