Job summary

Genesis in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Nightshift Supervisor to lead nursing unit operations, ensure policy adherence, and guide staff on night shifts. You will implement the care delivery model, mentor team members, and coordinate with other departments to maintain safe, continuous patient care.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to staff adequately, supporting overtime reduction while overseeing recruitment and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical operations of nursing units during night shift with policy and procedure compliance.
• Mentor staff and coordinate care delivery with other departments.
• Maintain adequate nursing staff to provide 24/7 care while limiting overtime and agency usage.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and personnel decisions.
