Job summary

Genesis Healthcare seeks a RN Supervisor for nights to lead nursing units and ensure safe, high-quality care on the 11pm–7am shift. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to schedule staff, drive care delivery improvements, and mentor team members across departments.

Eligible full-time RNs may receive a $15,000 retention bonus; part-time are eligible for $7,500. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Must graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN licensure in the state.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of nursing units on the assigned shift, ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing for safe 24/7 care with minimal overtime.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation and decisions on promotions/transfers.
