Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related health care field.
• Four or more years of clinical nursing experience.
• One or more years of supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with Practice Manager and site supervisors to coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Expedites patient care as necessary.
• Oversees orientation and ongoing training of clinical staff to maintain competencies.
• Maintains open communication with the Practice Manager about activities, performance, or disciplinary issues.
• Participates in workflow development and planning for the practice and divisions.
