Health Solutions is a premier wellness center in Southern Colorado with over 400 employees. We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor of Medical Services to manage staff across integrated clinics at our Montebello location in Pueblo, CO.

You will provide oversight, develop plans aligned with the mission, and ensure high-quality patient care. The role requires supervising nurses and medical staff, coordinating with directors, and maintaining compliant documentation and policies.

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN/MSN or closely related field required.
• RN license in good standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Collaborate with directors to support team and mission.
• Assist with interviews, hiring, and terminations of department staff.
• Provide staff training and development.
• Schedule and lead meetings.
• Analyze clinical data to guide training, quality and service changes.
• Ensure efficient clinical program operations.
• Maintain accurate chart auditing and documentation.
