Job summary

Solaris Health in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Clinical Supervisor, RN to lead clinic staff, manage patient flow and ensure quality care during clinic hours. The role partners with physicians and administrative teams to optimize service delivery and uphold HIPAA compliance.

Requirements include RN licensure and BLS; ACLS preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, clinical oversight experience, and the ability to train back-office functions and new hires.

Qualifications

• RN license and state certification as required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a clinical leader, supervising clinic staff, including Medical Assistants, RNs, LPNs and Scribes.
• Collaborates with administrative staff and physicians to optimize efficiency of a variety of related services.
• Assists in the supervision of work and performance of clinic staff including input for performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed.
• Works with clinic staff on programs to improve patient outcomes and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Coordinates inventory, ordering and supply stock maintenance of medical supplies and dispensary services.
• Provides PTO backup for patient services representatives and other clinic support staff when needed.
